Does he really thrive in domestic bliss? Oh gosh, it would be hilarious for Irina to grow up in such a domestic environment and at the same time, know that her parents can kill a man in 30 different ways.

He yearns for it. He played dad to his siblings a lot. He'd be a doting parent, if maybe a bit of a confusing one, sending mixed messages about mutants and having an awkward dorky relationship with Steph. But they would dominate if someone bullied Irina.

I think Irina would hold on her own if she were bullied. Though how would he react if/when she has that first episode? I imagine she would be aware of her powers but when she's cornered, it would be more offensive than defensive.

He'd immediately take her aside and try to instill that telekinesis is not to be used for everyday BS and that it can potentially be lethal. Vitorovich wouldn't be ashamed, but he would emphasize this is serious business.

Steph would probably say the same thing, really. Powers are not playthings.
