When he made note of the Medorian nobility, she looked a bit concerned. "Sounds like I might have my work cut out for me," she murmured. "Well, then. Let's go. We'll put as much romance as we can into this one. Then really crank it up when we get back to Earth."

"It can last forever, if you spell it right," he teased her, gently kissing her against the skin. "But that one probably won't last more than the day; and there's an antidote."

Stephanie licked her lips and tried to breathe more deeply. "It'd be pretty bad to have it last forever," she panted.

"You get used to it, eventually, I'm told." He kissed her again. "Learn to work through the pain and the pleasure; make use of your awareness." Another kiss. "A few people use it in battle - claims it lets them feel when a blow is coming."

"Not for you, I take it." Another kiss, to the breast this time, as he moved - turning at last to unchain her. "I'm afraid the strategy only works if you can avoid being hit."

She nods. "That's kind of unavoidable in my line of work," she panted.

"The pain would be troublesome," he admitted, unchaining her,. He didn't like to think of someone hurting her.

But there wasn't anything he could do about it, just then; just hold her sensitized body tight against himself.

"Are they bothering you?" he asked, reaching gently down to her sex.

"Feel weird now." Stephanie buried her face in his neck and kissed him softly there.

"Weird how?" he asked, pausing - gently stroking his finger against the sex.

"Because there's things in me that are buzzing," she moaned softly. "Please, just take them out?"

"Do they hurt?" he asked, kissing her with worry. "I can stop that..."

"Starting to hurt a little." She was beginning to feel too sensitive.

A little warmth from his hands, and he eased the pains in her - leaving the pleasure; though he doubted she'd be able to relax with that alone. "Better?"

She peered up at him. "Please? Take them out?" Or she could take them out herself.

"...Since you said please." He turned them off, first - a gentle bit of will - and moved for the one in her rear. The one in her sex was designed to stay in, long term - but he'd remove it too if she insisted.

She laughed and turned to kiss his palm. "You managed to tire me out. So yes, I'd say you have."

"They started working on the alarm system soon after we got here," he promised. "We'll have it finished as soon as you return tomorrow."
